Dave and I had our 3 rd date that he lined up as part of a xmas present. We headed out to lunch at Big Bowl, nummy. Then off to the Walker Art Center for some culture. It was very nice, I really enjoyed the Walker. Some of the art really spoke to me and I was amazed that I got some of it (I think i got it) and some of it not so much. I know they are trying to present the whole spectrum of art but I mean really putting up a red square, a yellow square and a blue square on the wall does not an artist make. I could have done that. Heck some of Paige's paintings are better. However, I really did appreciate alot of it.
We went down to Uptown for happy hour after and played darts, that was fun. I wanted to check on some new trendy glasses but most of the stores closed. I did find one open in Calhoun square and found a pair that Dave picked that I really liked - however $540 just for the frames by the time I would have bought the lenses it would have been about $1000, are you kidding!!! I guess it was fun to look.
Thanks to Karen again for watching the girls, she even took the day off of work. What a gal!
I am really looking forward to the next date. We are going to the auto show. Yeah!
