Well the nice weather brings us outside to clean up the after math the winter has left behind. Our big project of the year and the one we are devoting extra money to out of "the budget"- which by the way is going well. We are sticking to the budget, it needs some adjusting as we go along here but it will work out if we stick to it. After our tax returns and some extra earnings we are making here and there we are now and have been credit card free for sometime. Yippeee. Now we are just trying to live within our means. We are discovering it is possible (it just really sucks sometimes!!!) Dave and I have been sacrificing ALOT. Anyway back to the big project, (I tend to get off topic alot) - is our yard. We need to redo some landscaping, replace shrubs that have died from the first round of plantings - what can I say I do not really have a green thumb??? We need to finish the deck - ya know after three years with the deck on we might want to think about a railing. I really want a sitting area in the grass with a fire pit. Our portable firepit spent last summer proped up by a log but we still used it extensively. Dave loves a great bonfire. The grass definetly shows our wear and tear from sitting on it with the bonfires.
Anyway, I started writing this post over 4 hours ago and I don't even know what I was rambling about and don't feel like writing anymore. I have more to say as always but I am just done for now. I have good intentions to post but the days just fly by and I get interrupted all the time, like today and can't even get a good thought down - darn it. I will try again tomorrow.
