Just a few things that have made me laugh over the last couple of days.
Last night Paige was sitting at the counter eating a sandwich and wondering when she gets to go to Preschool again. They were off on Thurs for MEA weekend and she is going through withdrawl. She starts talking to Dave and I in this stern voice and very matter a factly. "It is the most embrassing, fucking behavior......." Yep, that is what she said, we actually had her repeat it over and over because we wanted to be sure that is what she said before we told her to never say that again. Well, it is about time she said one of those words. Dave uses them freely and I have been waiting for her to graduate from the words Damn and Frickin'. The sad part is Dave and I were having a hard time not laughing. I mean really she is just so cute and to watch her say the f - word is funny. So I told her to never say it again and if she heard us say it that she should tell us it is a bad word too and not to say it.
This morning Paige comes into the bathroom where Dave was getting ready and says - "Dad, can you believe it?" hands out to her sides (Always very dramatic). Dave asks what and she says. "I can close one of my eyes and leave the other one open. Can you believe it?" Wow what a revelation.
Story number three - When we got to my mom's to drop off the girls today and Paige tells me that "the girl" is going to stay in the car and go to work with us today. So I agree that is okay. I ask Paige what is "the girl's" name. She has had some imaginary friends and it usually is her friend America. No not today, today the girl's name is Paige. I said well that is your name. Paige says yep it is and that is hers too, we are both Paige. So we are getting ready to leave and both girls are getting upset (seems to be the story lately) so I tell Paige I better get out to the car because I left her friend Paige in the car and she is probably crying so I better check on her. She thinks for a second and agrees you better get going mom and check on Paige (whatever works). I get to work and my mom calls, so of course I am wondering what is wrong. Nothing, Paige just had a question. She called to ask if Addy can have some yogurt (so concerned). So I told her of course and she was also wondering how Paige was doing at work with me. She asked me if she was being a good girl at work and wanted to know if she was crying. I told her she was being a good girl and not crying. I had to hang up and laugh. She is such a character, how can you not smile at that.

Those are awesome stories Nik! Paige is SO precocious, that's so cool! And so hard not to laugh, for sure.
Just wanted you to know I am reading!
I think it's hilarious that your 3 year old is using the words "embarrassing," "f-ing" and "behavior" at all... not to mention in the same sentence!! She's awesome. Keep the cute stories coming.
It seems that my sweet Paigy has a little of my dramatic interest!! What a card.
