I am sure Nicole will post more detail - but I wanted to get something on here since it has been a long time. Paige finished up her Cheerleading class last Thursday. I have to admit - I was a little aprehensive about sending my daughter to a cheerleading class but she really loved it. Paige was easily the youngest girl in the class and she had a great time while learning a bunch of fun cheers. She kept up with all of the bigger girls and she did a great job every week. When the class ended they gave her a medal and a certificate recognize her acheivement and she was so proud that she wore the medal to school the next day! Pretty cool.
This weekend we all went to the mall to do a little shopping and so that Nicole could order some new glasses. While walking past one of the kiosks I made the suggestion that that day would be a good day to get the girls' ears pierced. After a very short talk with Paige and Addy we decided to do it. They both did really well and they are just as happy as can be that they have earrings like the big girls have. Watch for pics from Nicole soon.
I can't believe how fast my two little girls are growing up!
I don't know if Nicole posted anything on this - but she recently decided to end her stint as a designer at the furniture store. If you know Nicole you know that she is very good at whatever she does and this job was no exception. She was consistently at the top of the list for sales/hour and everyone seemed to really enjoy having her there. Unfortunately things were slowing down and she decided the time spent there on weekends and nights was not worth it. Anyway - she can tell you more about it if she wants but I wanted to give her a nod for a job well done. (Admittedly, I am glad to have her back at home on the weekends and for another day with me at the office.)
