Thanks to so many of you for your supportive emails about my weight loss, always nice to know you are surrounded by supportive people. And I know you are all wondering how it is going so...
I went to weigh in today at Weight Watchers for my third week. I am happy to report that I have officially lost 5.8 pounds according to them. So I got my "lost 5 pounds bookmark" (sad that I can add that to my collection of several "lost 5 pounds" bookmarks). That puts me at an average of about 2 pounds a week and I am happy with that. I dusted off the old Tae Bo videos this week and they really are a good workout so I think I will roll with that for now. Last week I started incorporating some more exercise into the program and I even got out of bed this morning to do it.
So that is that! I feel inspired to continue on and have another great week.
